National Young Stars, in conjunction with event sponsors QSM and Royal Smithfield Club, has launched a brand-new competition for 2019, a recipe competition to celebrate British meat, learn about where food comes from and the importance of local produce.

This exciting new competition is open to children aged over 11 years and under 18 years, with the winning recipe to be cooked live by a professional chef along with a £25 Amazon gift voucher for the winner.
The winning recipe will be for a family of four which uses the best of British beef, lamb or pork and it will be presented as an A4 menu, to be handed out at the Young Stars event.
The entry deadline is Monday 15th July and entries must be returned to Three Counties Showground or emailed to Tessa Warby, see flyer for extra details.
